Chantal Lawrie
Chantal was born in Argentina and moved to the US when she was 21. She loves the documentary world because she finds it honest and informative in a world that sometimes seems superficial. She believes telling stories is a way of giving back and learning about life at the same time. Chantal has traveled to many places while documenting stories, including Morocco, Canada, Peru, Italy and Haiti.
In 2018 Chantal added commercial and conent creation to herbrand. Working for clients such as University of Miami, Zem gear, Swatch baseball team, HSBC, and many others. From lifestyle, to documentary to product photography. Including videos, slideshow and stop motion Chantal helped grow the audience of many brands, authors, bands and companies.
Kirsten Lewis Bethmann
Kirsten is an international photographer, educator and public speaker based in Colorado. Over the last 2 decades she has traveled to over 40 countries to work with organizations, non profits, companies and individuals creating documentary based pictures to aid in fundraising, advertising, awareness and personal family archive builds. Kirsten’s work has appeared in The Huffington Post, The Washington Post, SLR Lounge, Range Finder, Herald Extra, Richmond Magazine, Style Weekly, Chew On This Magazine, Downtown Guide RVA, Go West, R.Home, The North Beach Sun and Eltern Magazin. Notable clients include the Joe Biden campaign and Amazon Studios.
Kirsten is a brand ambassador for Pixellu, Shoot Proof, The Image Salon, Honey Book and Think Tank.
In addition to her own photography business, Kirsten is also the co-owner of the Documentary Family Awards, an international platform for documentary photography.
Olivia Vale
An American photographer calling Austin Texas home, Olivia is also citizen of the UK and Canada.
A passionately involved photographer for over 12 years, Olivia Vale is a recipient of the ISPWP’s “International Photographer of the Quarter” award, Fearless awards, Rangefinder Rising Star awards, among accolades. She has taught workshops as far away as Amsterdam, loves speaking at conferences, and is currently also the Creative Director of Photo Fantastico, an event that offers an intensely creative team photo-making experience to photographers.
Winni duBois Carter
Winni is an award winning documentary and portrait photographer based in Colorado Springs, Co. In addition to owning Salt Tree Photography she is also the co-owner of Cultivate Studios, a full service studio rental space and separate client meeting room equipped with on-trend furnishings, props, backdrops & studio lighting.
Sam Hines
Samantha is a documentary and editorial photographer based in Denver, Co. She has won numerous awards and recognitions during her career and is constantly sought out for her very unique visual perspective. She is a regular contributor to 5280 Magazine and covers events all around the city, notably the Denver Museum of Fine Art.
Molly Menschel
Molly is a photographer, writer, radio journalist and educator. She graduated from The Salt Institute and has been featured on NPR, Lens Culture, Documentary Family Photographers, Rock Paper Radio, The World and Transom. Her award winning piece, “Just Another Fish Story” is required listening for many journalism programs around the country including NYU’s Special Reporting in Podcasting.
Ilana Natasha Bar-Av
Ilana, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is an event, portrait and wedding photographer as well as a regular contributing photojournalist to The Cap Times. She was rated BEST IN MADISON 6 years in a row and has been recognized by Fearless Photographers and WPJA several times over the years for her excellence in photography.
